We order your pathology panel directly with our partnered labs. You'll receive instructions for fasting requirements and collection centre locations. Results typically take 3-5 business days, followed by your scheduled naturopath consultation.

Your practitioner reviews your panel results in detail, explaining clinical significance and creating a personalised protocol using natural medicine (supplements, nutrition, lifestyle). Consults are 30-60 minutes via telehealth, with written recommendations provided.

Most panels require 8-12 hours fasting (water only). Specific instructions are provided when we confirm your lab appointment. Performance, Biohacker and some other panels have additional pre-test guidelines.

We recommend retesting every 3-6 months when starting optimisation, then annually for maintenance. Your naturopath will advise based on your baseline results, treatment response and health goals.

Absolutely. All data is stored securely under Australian privacy laws. Results are shared only with your Adaptiv practitioner and accessible via your personal client portal.

Our panels are designed for male physiology but women can benefit from most (excluding Reproductive Vitality). Discuss suitability during booking.
